brief biography

started my career in 1998 as a helpdesk technician at Optimus Helpdesk Oporto and became a supervisor of five members team a year later. In 2000 was offered the position of PBX Manager at the Data&Voice Network in Optimus Lisbon, where I supervised a four members team for four years. i then got a new position as a Contact Center Architect and Project Manager, where I designed and deployed the Next Generation Contact Center using Avaya technology, with more than 1000 operators in local and remote sites and two datacenters with Geo-Redudancy. in 2014 after the merge Zon and Optimus I changed into the IN department starting deploying Unified Communication from Broadworks. this professional experience has brought me consolidated experience in Computer Science And Information Systems, with special focus in Architecture, Support and Operation, responding to the needs of customers, Business Units and Operation & Maintenance areas, in partnership with Information Systems Department.
